nikki morgan
Owner & Nurse Practitioner
Nikki Morgan is the owner and Nurse Practitioner at SkinFusion FX, which she opened in March of 2019. She graduated from Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2002 and worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of oncology settings, both inpatient and outpatient. She will always be passionate about cancer care, but she also has a special place in her heart for skin care, as her dad was diagnosed with melanoma at age 39 and died at age 41.
Since graduating with her MSN in 2010 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Nikki has worked as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner primarily in oncology, but also has gained valuable experience in dermatology and internal medicine. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing in May of 2021
Nikki believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin and loves helping her clients find a treatment plan that’s right for their needs and their budget.
Natalie brady
Registered Nurse
Natalie Brady is our Registered Nurse at SkinFusion FX. She graduated from the nursing program at Indian Hills in 2010 and works full-time in mental health, but has a passion for helping people feel beautiful and confident, both inside and out. She and I initially trained together almost six years ago, anticipating that she would join me in the future and I’m so excited to finally have that opportunity! We are still trying to convince her to join us full-time.
Her current services include Botox/Xeomin, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, and wellness injections.
Alyssa McCarl
Alyssa began her career at SkinFusion as our Guest Experience Manager, but in December of 2023 graduated from PCI Academy to begin her new position as a Licensed Esthetician. Alyssa graduated from Grand View University in 2015 with a B.S. in Health Promotion. Her experience includes serving as the Wellness Director at Park Centre. She is passionate about wellness and helping you to get the most out of your SkinFusion FX experience.
Her services include a variety of facials, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, and dermaplaning. She is an expert on all-things SkinMedica and SkinCeuticals, and can help you put together a customized skin care regimen to live your best skin!
Tera Oberbroeckling
Tera is our Licensed Esthetician. She previously provided in-home daycare for lots of kiddos over the years, but eventually entered the corporate world. She missed personal interaction with others and decided to pursue a career in esthetics. Tera graduated from PCI Academy in October of 2022. We knew she would be the perfect fit with us at SkinFusion FX due to her charming and sweet personality and desire to provide the best experience possible to her clients. Tera is now accepting clients for facials, DiamondGlow, and dermaplaning.
Ellie Lessard
Ellie is our Guest Experience Manager, and most likely the one you will talk to when calling SkinFusion, or the radiant face that will greet you upon arrival. She is a 2020 graduate from Southeast Polk High School and is currently pursuing a marketing and business degree from Upper Iowa University. Her sweet and silly personality captures the heart of everyone she meets. Ellie is here to help you with appointment scheduling, skincare education, DiamondGlow enrollment, and more!
Jaylen Cooper
Jaylen is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Allen College in May of 2022. Jaylen works full-time as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Unity Point, and is an expert at helping women feel comfortable. She loves educating clients and implementing treatment plans that will help them achieve their goals. Jaylen's current services include Botox/Xeomin, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring, and IV & wellness injections. Currently, Jaylen is taking a break from SkinFusion while she completes her NP program!
Jacie Mitchell
Jacie Mitchell is a Southeast Polk graduate and the newest addition to our team of Licensed Estheticians. Jacie began working at SkinFusion as a receptionist while attending school at PCI Academy, then graduated in April of 2024 and transitioned to her new role. She is always eager to learn and advance her skills, and her current services include DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, all facials, microneedling, lash lift & tints, brow lamination and tints, non-invasive RF body contouring, and chemical peels.
Mike Morgan
If you take advantage of our IV Vitamin and Hydration services, you may run into Mike Morgan. Mike has been a firefighter and paramedic for 20 years. He has a B.S. in Public Administration and M.A. in Organizational Leadership, and also graduated from the National Executive Fire Officer program in 2016. He’s sure to make your IV experience a comfortable one!
